What is Girlie ReMix?
Girlie ReMix is our line of vintage clothing that has been re-purposed into something special and new! We use all kinds of fun, trims, embellishments and fabrics to turn these amazing items from the past into super cool, one-of-a-kind pieces for the present!

How come Girlie items are available in such limited quantities?
Since the vintage and re-cycled materials we use for Girlie are so rare, we are only able to make most pieces, in limited quantities. Some of our items are even one-of-a-kind! It’s part of what makes Girlie so special and unique!

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you may want to purchase.

Why has my card been declined?
Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us at for shipping costs to your specific destination.

What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?
We charge you for your order in US dollars. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

I live abroad, how do I claim back VAT on my purchase?
You can only claim back VAT on Internet purchases if your items are for business purposes.

My order did not go through but I think you have charged me? 
When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we dispatch your order.

If we do not dispatch your order, we do not charge you and the money is automatically put back onto your available balance by your Bank.

This usually takes around 3 working days but the exact timeframe does depend on your card issuer and your bank.

I have received my order but one of the items is missing, what do I do?

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item please contact us at and our Customer Service team will advise you on how to return it free of charge.

How do I place an order?
Start browsing through our different products and collections, which can be seen by clicking one of the categories along the navigation bar. When you have found the product you would like to purchase, simply click 'ADD TO CART'. Continue browsing if you'd like to purchase more products, or proceed straight to CHECKOUT, which you will find in a link from your shopping cart, or alternatively, can be found at the top right corner of the page.

How do I know when my order has been received?
An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed, and then you will receive another when your order has been dispatched.

How and when will my purchases be delivered?
Your order will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. All orders are sent with a delivery confirmation. We aim to deliver most orders within one week but sometimes it can take a few days longer. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the USA. Please contact for more information on delivery outside the USA.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the world!

How much will it cost?
A shipping charge of $5.00 will apply to jewelry orders within the USA and orders over $50.00 will receive free shipping. Need to enter code FREE50 for discount.  Contact for delivery quotes outside the USA.

How will my order be packaged?
All jewelry will be sent out in a beautiful black pouch. There is no extra charge for this. If you need an item gift wrapped, please let us know and we will be happy to oblige!

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy. We must receive the item back unworn and in the same packaging it was sent in. Postage is not refunded unless goods are faulty. Please see our returns and refunds policy for more details.

How long might a refund take?
If you receive a faulty item and are returning it for a refund, once we have received the item the card used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Please make sure you send any returns via registered mail with delivery confirmation for your own peace of mind. Your credit card company will typically take 3-5 working days to process the refund.

How do I look after my jewelry?
Girlie jewelry is typically made with delicate, vintage and rare items. We scour the world for unique trim, embellishments and stones to create lovely and special pieces. Ideally, store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch. The pouch we send the jewelry in is perfect for this! Try to keep pieces apart, so that they don’t rub together or get tangled. To clean your jewelry, spot clean items made of fabric and use jewelry cleaner to keep stones shiny and bright. Due to the delicacy of Girlie ReMix items, we recommend dry cleaning or gently, hand-washing.
