DELIVERY & RATES
US Delivery and Method
US Delivery costs $5.00 per order and will be sent via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders over $50.00 will receive free shipping by using code: FREE50.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days but as all our jewelry is made to order, sometimes it may take a bit longer to be delivered. If you do need the items by a certain date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can meet your accommodations. All payments must be received and authorized before shipment.
International delivery costs vary, so please contact us at email@example.com for a shipping quote.

Girlie and Girlie ReMix products are sold in US dollars on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
Tracking your Parcel
By providing us your email address upon CHECK OUT, we will email you a confirmation number once your item has been shipped. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your jewelry will be sent to you in a lovely, black pouch. If you want gift wrapping, let us know and we will be happy to oblige! Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.
Late and lost deliveries
We cannot change/amend the delivery address on orders once they have been processed or dispatched.
If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the USPS classes items as being lost.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are being delivered. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the USPS (www.usps.com) by filling out a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
